WHAT WE DO

Mushrooms

For over 30 years, we have been making various mushrooms, mainly enoki mushrooms.
The production is thoroughly controlled in indoor facilities, so our mushrooms are not exposed to germs from the outside world, which led to achieving complete pesticide-free production.
For cultivation, we directly examine and choose raw materials which are locally made.
It takes 60 days from planting the seeds to harvesting mushrooms. We are always watching carefully the cultivation process every day.
Currently, in addition to the production of raw enoki mushrooms, we are exporting specially dried enoki mushrooms. We plan to process the dried enoki mushrooms to sell them also in Japan.



Seedlings

Using 2,200 m2 (22a) greenhouses, we are cultivating seasonal seedlings of flowers, vegetables, fruit trees, etc. in pots.
Since our farm is at an altitude of 220 m, the temperature at night is 6 ° C lower on average than on flat land at the same latitude in summer. The great temperature difference between day and night allows seedlings to be healthy and strong.
There is snow in winter in our prefecture, so our farm is equipped with the heating system for our seedlings to grow healthy in cold season. We cultivate mainly flower and vegetable seedlings, and are also planning to produce seedlings of citrus fruit, hoping our region's further development. Our prefecture, Ehime Prefecture, is called "Citrus Kingdom" and one of the top producers of citrus fruits in Japan.



Vegetable Processing

Our company and neighboring farmers are moving forward with a new idea of processing and selling vegetables. The farmers harvest their specialties such as tomatoes, cabbage, and green onions and deliver them as they are. When having surplus crops and vegetables with bad shape, we will process them and deliver them to the stores. Our value is to grow vegetables carefully with all our heart. Our team hopes many people enjoy our agricultural products grown in Ehime.
